1. What material is your mattress made of?
We primarily use polyurethane foam materials (also called foam) to make mattresses and sofas. This material has excellent elasticity and support, providing comfortable support based on your body's curves. Compared to traditional spring mattresses, foam mattresses are quieter, less prone to shaking, and can be adjusted for different densities to meet the sleep needs of various groups of people.
2. The newly received mattress/sofa has an odor. Is that normal? How can I eliminate it?
Normal. Newly produced polyurethane foam mattresses accumulate a small odor in sealed packaging, professionally referred to as "gas release," which is emitted by trace chemical components remaining during the manufacturing process. Most mid-to-high-end foam mattresses will naturally dissipate within 24 to 72 hours, while cheaper foam mattresses may take about a week. The recommended procedure is to remove the plastic film and place the mattress in a well-ventilated room to air-dry for 3 to 7 days. This works even better when paired with a fan or windows. Use it only after the smell has basically dissipated, and your sleep environment will be healthier and more comfortable.
3. Will polyurethane foam mattresses collapse after sleeping for too long?
Any soft mattress will exhibit varying degrees of deformation over long-term use, which is a normal phenomenon of material aging. If the mattress quality meets the standards and you pay attention to maintenance, it should be fine to use it normally for about ten years. To extend the lifespan of your mattress, it is recommended that you turn it around (or rotate it 180 degrees) every 3 to 6 months to ensure more even force distribution and avoid localized collapse from sleeping in the same position. If the mattress shows obvious indentation or sinking within a short period, it may be due to a quality issue. We recommend contacting our customer service promptly for assistance.
4.Can you choose the softness and hardness of your mattress?
Sure. We offer foam mattresses in various densities—higher density results in stronger support (more hard), while lower density results in higher softness (more soft). If your preferences are clear, it is recommended to check the "hardness grade" label for each product when making a purchase, or consult us beforehand. We will recommend the most suitable style based on your weight, sleeping position, and preferences.
5. Is your sofa softer or harder to sit on?
Our sofa is filled with high-density polyurethane foam, offering a moderately flexible seating experience—neither soft enough for sitting people to get out of bed nor hard enough to feel uncomfortable. The benefit of this design is that sitting for extended periods does not easily lead to fatigue, and once a person stands up, the foam quickly bounces back to its original state, making it less likely to leave a mark. If you prefer a softer or harder feel, you can also contact us to customize it.
6. Are your mattress sizes consistent with standard international dimensions?

7. How are the shipping costs for your mattress and sofa calculated? Is the shipping cost expensive?
Mattresses and sofas are large items, and shipping costs are calculated differently from small packages. The main factors to consider are actual weight and volume weight (length × width × height 。 5000), with the higher value used for billing. Foam mattresses can be vacuum-compressed for packaging, significantly reducing their volume and thereby substantially lowering shipping costs.
The specific shipping amount varies by destination country, and at settlement, the system automatically calculates the shipping cost based on your shipping address, displaying it clearly before placing the order. If you purchase multiple items at once (for example, a household buying several mattresses), the total shipping cost will be significantly lower than placing separate orders—consolidating shipments typically saves more than 30% on shipping costs.
8. What should we be mindful of after the goods arrive?
After receiving the packaging boxes for the mattress and sofa, please note the following points:
Check for any serious damage to the outer packaging before signing for receipt. If there is any damage or compression, it is recommended to take a photo first for evidence collection before signing, or refuse to sign in person and take a photo to feedback to us;
After disassembling, check for stains, damage, or severe deformation of the mattress/sofa body;
All accessories (such as mattress covers, user manuals, etc.) should be confirmed before signing for receipt;
If you find any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and videos, and we will address them as soon as possible.
9. What is your return and exchange policy?
We are very confident in the quality of our products and therefore offer the following return and exchange guarantees:
Free returns and exchanges for quality issues: If the product has obvious quality defects (such as foam breaking, severe deformation, or large areas of contamination), we will cover the full shipping costs.
Return Requirements: Please store the returned items in their original packaging or similar protective packaging to avoid damage during transportation, and also try to keep the items clean.
10. Range of warranty period? What situations qualify for warranty?
The following situations are covered by warranty: obvious collapse of the foam (with a depth exceeding 5 cm and unable to rebound on its own), fabric damage, and other material or manufacturing process issues. The following situations are not covered by warranty: damage caused by improper human use (such as strong cuts, heavy object damage, mold growth from prolonged exposure to a humid environment), normal wear and aging (such as natural density changes in foam), or self-repair or alteration.
